Cathy was easy to interview and refreshing to hear her honest opinions. She wasn't afraid to tell us her recommendations and what approaches work best for her on the current market. We live in another province from our property, and she always made time for clear communications with us. If you choose to use her staging talents - which you most certainly should - you will not be disappointed! We were blown away by the overall transformation of our condo. Her integrity shines in her work. She has great attention to detail and I believe she really understands how to showcase the very best of a room to buyers. Her professional photographer also stood out and captured the essence of what each room could be.

She was caring and flexible with our needs, after reflection from our first meeting she agreed to list our property at a different price then previously discussed. In comparison, we listed our property the year prior with a different agent and even though we entered the market at an incredibly low price point then, it did not result in a single offer in 7 weeks.
